Tammy Brackney. Recently I sent a card sketch to my Springfield Stamp Club group. They were to use the sketch to create a card and bring it to the next club meeting. The winning card was created by Tammy using all Stampin'Up! products featuring Tall Tales designer paper.
Don't you just love how she highlighted the elephants by putting them in a scallop circle?
